Refund and Cancellation

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a cancellation or refund for our services. All services provided by Nifrox are customized and developed based on individual project requirements. Due to the nature of our work, we generally do not offer full refunds once a project has been initiated, design concepts have been shared, or development work has commenced. However, we may consider refund requests under certain circumstances as detailed below.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client decides to cancel the project before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing charges. Once the project has begun and resources have been allocated, no full refund will be provided. Partial refunds may be approved based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

2. Project Cancellation by Nifrox​
In rare cases where Nifrox is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the project stage and deliverables completed. We will also offer the option to transfer the project or remaining value to another service within our company.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

4. Revisions and Project Modifications
​
Clients are entitled to a fixed number of revisions as stated in the project proposal or service agreement. Requests for additional revisions or major scope changes after project approval may incur additional charges and will not be grounds for a refund.

5. Refund Process
​
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the transaction unless otherwise agreed. Nifrox is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
​
If you have not received a refund within the specified period, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@nifrox.com with your transaction details for assistance.

7. Digital Deliverables
​
Once digital products or services (such as website files, design templates, or code) have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to review all deliverables before final approval.

8. Dispute Resolution
​
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before seeking legal action.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or applicable laws. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
